as someone with the same physicals, you first need to sleep early and drink lots of water. eat healthy and avoid sweet as much as possible. you can go to the gym or just walk and do some exercises, a simple one can do after all your bmi is normal next is invest in yourself. buy what you think is relevant and avoid what arent. buy those make ups......   1 reply

i probably want a kid for like 3 hours a day, im telling you the commitment you should have in having a kid is INSANE!! tried baby sitting my cousin and i gave up after 3-4 hours and the kid was still not exhausted. also the responsibility in having one is just too big for me lol, but idk if i will ever have a great partner why not but for now no.   reply
