I’m really interested in horror + yuri - comedy as the main ingredient (i.e.: Isekai Picnic). I guess because growing up, I tended to see female characters portrayed negatively/ arbitrarily in movies following a stereotype (whether she be the scared companion of the male protagonist, or the vengeful ghost who was bound in loneliness/ betrayal).......   reply

I like yuri, melancholic/ reserved characters getting a mild taste of painful reality, independent women seeking their own paths, mature working women appreciating each other, growths through love and grief.   reply

Regular ups and downs. It’s heading in a positive direction (I hope) cuz I can’t afford to be sad and conflicted all the time.   reply

When I read stories about a charming woman falling in love with another woman, or about a strong woman standing up for herself and making a name for herself in her respective profession, or her letting go of the past hurtful relationship and embracing new joy.   reply

Cuz I’m still a scaredy cat who’s afraid of being hurt. I think I’m not ready to love someone while still remaining myself (as in like, I feel like once I love, I give all my trust away and that’s not always a good thing when the relationship turns sour).
