What I do are: Writing by hand, flashcards, active recall, take exams with similar topics (just find them online or create ur own), and quick review with my friends before exam If it involves math, try to jot down problems that are within the topic (with solution and its ok if they don't click just yet). They gave advice in various ways (on sleep sched, on ur family, whatever seems to be bothering u yk). It was truly helpful to me, mostly cause I felt like my feelings are valid.
