Depends on the Yaoi. If it'a fluffy romance I'll listen to some soft music or pop that expresses the feelings they have for one another (generally it's in Japanese or Korean). But if it's hardcore not suitable for anyone level then a good J-rock or Rock, in general, is something I would listen to.   reply
