1.) raw provider - they provide raws. it could be 1) they buy the raws with their own money, rip it, and give it to the scan group/translator for free, 2) they only rip raws but the one whos paying is someone else (someone else could be the leader, admin, or a staff from the scan group) a raw provider can either rip them and upload in google drive......   reply
