I have no discipline either but what helps the most is sitting down and getting started. Try to have a separate space, music playlist, flavor of gum etc. For when you’re studying so that you can Pavlov’s hound yourself into being focused (I’m sure there’s a better term for this…something conditioning??)   reply

This is more of an American/western horror movie problem. Doesn’t make the problem any less worse but I suggest trying some Asian horror. Saw this one movie where instead of bloopers they had cutscenes of when they had to pause filming cuz the actors got possessed…   reply

I have no advice, basically in the same boat. Only difference is I used to have a lot of crushes in middle and high school but oddly stopped after. Now I just miss even liking someone (even if it’s only one sided).
