If it's essential for work, then laptop. Honestly if you're doing editing for work the laptop at least can give bare minimum. If your work doesn't involve creative tasks but more like a desk/typing job tablet is fine. Just buy external devices like a keyboard separate   reply

I do it often but for cleaning purposes (lol) . I think the first time hurt but it really didn't matter to me and eventually its just normal. I don't really feel aroused by it or anything as an ace (I do think I am?) so my input isn't very helpful lol.   1 reply

If the anger/ragebait is a reflex or instantaneous reaction, introduce pauses. Whenever you feel the rage bubbling up, focus on your nostrils and take deep breaths, maybe 3 big ones.
