What do you mean copy references? Like tracing? Or just using reference to guide? If the latter, then every body does that? I use reference for everything. I used to get anxiety too (not exams related) but the main stem of the problem was parents pressure too. Imo you probably don't have exam anxiety, you have parent anxiety. If it's possible in your future where your parents aren't breathing down your neck pressuring you, just think of a future like that where you're finally at peace and have freedom......   reply
