lately i've been seeing a surge of people on their moral high horses shaming folks for reading & enjoying works that have problematic content - honestly so off-putting. you're here to read, not police others. seriously, get a grip.   4 reply

i've been there. above all, take care of yourself first. do whatever you can to help your friend when you can spare the time and energy to, but unless your friend actually wants out, there's little you can do to get them out, unfortunately. the most you can do is let your friend know that you're there for them (judgment-free zone, safe space) and t......   reply
