Those are two different issues. If the child has severe issues before it even comes out of their mother, then yes it should be aborted and you're a cruel person if you think otherwise, since the kid will obviously fucking suffer for the rest of their life. I have pretty small jaw and big teeth, my wisdom teeth were going sideways, especially the left ones so I got them removed.
