Act like that person doesn't exist or never existed in this world. Giving any reaction just feeds them. As a person who was basically raised by my siblings or a system full of children that couldn't live with their parents, but raised by other children: Child raising a child doesn't work. Period. Not just money is the problem, availability even with money and skills to make anything that you can eat is a problem too, depending on where you live and how poor/not privileged your life have been.
