life after high school, how's it going for y'all?
I'm 19 and I dropped out at 17. I am constantly being pushed to find a job or go study and apply to college or uni. I have no desire to do any though. I've always struggled to know what type of job I will have and what to do once I'm an adult. I currently work at a gas station and my parents are furious with me and wants me to find a 'real' job. but I feel comfortable living like this. after job I get back to my small apt and spend the rest of my days there.
But you have a real job.
Your parents are delusional idiots if they think there is any more real job than that.
And actual good parents would hope you're happy and healthy, not burned out and sick. You have a job, and you have place to live in, you aren't stressed out. That is way better live that most. I start to suspect they are envious, becaus...... 1 reply
