I’ve been using Paint Tool Sai for 5 years (still haven’t improved all that much tho) and I seriously prefer it to Photoshop. It’s a one time payment of $60, unlike PS, and you get 6 redownloads, and did I mention it’s way way way way cheaper? I also use Paint Tool Sai for all my manga cleaning!
