Haha I think it’s as popular as it is because
1) it’s a webtoon. For some reason, webtoons get an extraordinary amount of views. I sorted (on mobile) viewcount and out of the top 45..... 40 were webtoons and 5 were mangas
2) it has a unique dynamic (one person being a giant)
3) it’s sex based, and the smuttiest works are the most popular...... reply
