Because authors, especially BL manhwa authors, have absolutely 0 creativity and are just following tropes and themes they know the audience eat up and pay the most for. So they just shove it into their stories even if it makes absolutely no sense for it to be like that and bring absolutely nothing to the plot.   3 reply

It being animated by Cloverworks of all studios and with the general interest in the anime being shown should finally make companies aware people yearn for more yuri media and bring forth even more yuri adaptations.
