I honestly think that you should save some money and visit a diet consultant, every body is different and depending on your measurements you will find out that your calorie and fat intake depends on many factors and is not the same for everybody, it also depends on what your diet contains from vitamins and fibres and carbohydrates etc etc etc, so h......   reply
