While I get what you are trying to say but I like to think that if a person is reincarnated to a body of 20 y then their age is 20 and will have maturity of more or less of a 20yo (somewhat) If we look at it biologically , it is technically our brain which decides our maturity from our experiences even if we include the previous life's experience......   reply
