Paste/type your text onto rich text instead of HTML (button is top right from the text box) so your formatting doesn't get messed up. Be consistent, set a reminder, trick yourself with 'just 10 min of writing' or whatever works. Research usually isn't too important. Write what you like. Tropes/AUs help with coming up with ideas.
