For me are anxiety meds and being in front of the work, when my intrusive thoughts are gone I can lock in easier.

My suggestion is that coke zero taste better than diet coke
Oh and if you have an anxiety disorder take meds they help numb down intrusive thoughts and that leads to less stress eating
Or do other stuff to reduce stress

I guess go to a flirting with woman place and chances are you're someone type if you ask them out or ask for their fav hobby or compliment them. Ex "Hey youre so beautiful I want to get to know you, can i have your @?"
