Have you guys ever just... finished something on here, and just immediately went to buy a physical copy? What was it?
I just finished "My Brain is Different: Stories of ADHD and Other Developmental Disorders" and my mind is floored. So I ordered it right away

Since I am "new' to reading manga in general, and completely new to the whole community here, I have found myself diving headfirst into the story tags, list tags, and browsing through genres and user lists.
And if we discard the fact that it is pretty easy to "misplace" a tag or a story so it appears even after deletion, then I honestly feel like the tags and lists are one of my most loved features. I just love them...
But I also feel myself inch towards caution when I see a tag I either don't know, or if it's one I don't particularly care for.
Like... Stories with rape fantasies are everywhere. I am not judging anyone for having that kind of fantasy, but it feels like the rape fantasy and actual assault often gets mixed in together in a way that makes the story go for 100 to 0 in a second for me.
Other tags I tend to avoid is all the 'verse' plots. I guess I just don't know what to expect.
In the past, I used to be a moderator/Ambassador on Wattpad, and the mpreg tag first appeared back then in 1D Fanfics. And, I guess I just didn't find one to read. That, and the whole 'alpha/beta/omega' thing sounds suspiciously like many of the werewolf fics I saw popping up back then too...
Then there is the whole, loser/pathetic/bullying/sadistic/evil tag sections. I don't know if I am just from the wrong generation, but those sounds really unpleasant is that a culture thing I missed? Being mean and rapey is cool now?
I worry if it's just a translation thing. Like how 'fudanshi/fujoshi' technically means rotten boy/girl. Some things just don't translate well. Maybe it is because I am not a native English speaker.
At the same time, I worry that I might simply miss some of the peak stuff on here.
How do you guys tackle this?

So... I've been using the search field on top, the list tags search, and the tag search itself, and I have been introduced to some of the more ... fic specific stories, as well as the manga lingo...
I just haven't seen "pleasure kink"... Similar (but still so very different) to 'praise kink', it's basically getting turned on by the partners pleasure; seeing it, hearing it, feeling it.
I suppose i have seen it sprinkled around, with a "that moan was hot", "you squeeze me", and "your face right now is driving me over the edge" like thrown in here and there. But often no more than that.
So... Is it because that doesn't exist? Or is it called something I have yet to discover?
The closest I could find were something like "service top/bottom", "pleasure dom", or "power bottom". But it still doesn't fully fit what I am looking for as I guess (for me) a pleasure kink would fit best onto a switch.
(Although, Google tries to convince me it is about controlling/dominating the pleasure, rather than being the cause of it. I disagree with that.
Do you guys have any ideas? If not, I would love recommendations if something springs to mind.
Basically, I refuse to believe that out of all the fetishes represented in this community, that this is the one that got away.
Note: while this IS a kink, the story doesn't have to be full on smut/porn/uncensored/hentai.
Example: The classroom scene in Sasaki To Milano where they kiss on the floor. Sasaki gives big Pleasure Switch Vibes.

In my family, we have played around with suno, and I am currently listening to this one song my siblings prompted for me. It basically tells me that I shouldn't listen too much to my head, cause they love me as I am.
Do you guys do this? Do you know suno?
Note: nobody in my family are claiming we actually created the song, nor are we profitting from it. It is only being used as a way to say some of the things we sometimes forget.

With the popularity of Yaoi, Yuri, BL, GL, Crossdressing, Gender Swap and Genderbender stories, I do wonder why Bi+ representation in these stories seems so hard to find.
I am aware that Bi erasure is a thing worldwide, and often their stories and experiences are simply pushed into straight or gay tags... but like... why? Historically, bisexuality seems to have been accepted to some degree, and there are a bunch of stories, myths and legends from various sources that does not put importance on the gender/body itself, but rather the person.
Am I ignorant of some secret lingo or slang for this topic? I search bisexuality on here and nothing came up...
Please, help me find the treasure trove (that i am certain exist somewhere) of people who are just as easily swooned by a beautiful woman as they are by a hot guy.
