not sure what you're procrastinating on but if its like school work i use a reward system (doesn't work very well but works ok enough). i do a certain amount of work I'm procrastinating on and then read a chapter or two as a break/reward and repeat until done.   reply

I hardly look at ratings unless I finish reading and rate it myself. honestly, I wouldn't trust ratings because of how I rate things (like other people might be the same as me and that's unfair to a story). How I rate things is not based on their story and how well crafted it is, but how I felt when reading or completing it. Since im super biased ......   reply

Gonna have to agree with the other people saying to take the time to heal first and try new things outside of what you normally do. I felt the same at some point in my life, especially when it came to watching movies or shows with family/friends vs alone, and that can become the key to finding your hobbies again. Hobbies never have to be done alone......   reply
