Taking notes helps. Going over your notes at the end of class and adding extra from readings can help cement knowledge and make better study notes. I also found for me that adding highlights, colour and diagrams/pictures helped me get excellent study notes (I have primarily a visual learning style). If you are young and healthy there is not even an urgent need to vax with the mRNA vaccines (99% survival rate if contracted remember). My Dr said a more traditional vaccine like the seasonal flu shots with no mRNA tampering will be put out later this year, I am in no rush atm. My body, my choice.
