I had to have a mandatory therapy check in after calling my university's mental health crisis line after an attempt. I started doing DBT which I had been wanting to do after getting on antidepressants a few months before. Things worked out pretty well and I'm in a lot better place.
Reaching out for help pushed me towards the extra steps of therapy....... 1 reply
