My tummy hurts. Hurts bad. Gas built up and now I’m always in some sort of discomfort. Only way to make the gas stop is to change up my diet cause allegedly I got acid reflux. Not easy to change up everything you ever eat ever. The change will be slow but in the mean time tummy pain will be a normal daily occurrence. As a human being it makes abs...... 1 reply

Ive always like a good trench coat, and dark boot but I prefer to let my toesie’s out so a good heel to me is one that allows me to stay grounded and grip the earth it’s very wholesome to me and comfy to stay rooted.
