I dont know nothing bout roblox but stay warm maybe have a quick workout, a laxative, or any food with a bathroom consequence. Then plop on the toilet get comfy, breathe in (inflate stomach) breathe out (deflate stomach) and let loose. Afterwards take a quick shower then a long warm bath.
