I’m also in this slump, for me to get out of it, instead of trying to force myself to immediately go to bed at like 12, I slowly lower my highest sleep hour.
For example if I go to sleep at three and I want to sleep at 12, I am for 2 o’clock.

I have 20/40 vision and the 40 (which is my right eye) lense gets thicker every year. Going blind is one of my fears so hopefully I can stay strong until I am old enough to get laser surgery on the eye.
