I agree, the gross fetishizing of mlm needs to stop. But I also think it's just because you haven't seen as many GL fans on here since it's predominantly BL fans here. On other manga sites I've seen people reading loli and girl x girl and fetishizing them as well. There will be weird people fetishizing eveywhere.
