No, never, my heart hasn't skipped a beat before. My heart has beat really fast though, when I'm scared or nervous, for example when I went to speak in front of my class. I personally don't believe people should get plastic surgery (unless they lost their face or got some skin ripped off or something) because I believe that every person is beautiful and there is nothing that needs to be changed.
