Loads of people have it without realizing, because the "face" of eating disorders is that severe skin and bones anorexia. But really the rule of thumb is that if you think about calories or your weight more than 3 times a day you should watch out. this is a VALID complaint and a very needed discussion tbh i was a fujoshi when i was 13 and it was very cringy, thank god harmless bc i didn't actually act like that to real people, but i read all the manga.
