look at the back of the room and pretend youre looking at yourself doing the presentation. i visualise myself doing the presentation so im more aware of how i look like to everyone else (breathing, talking speed, body language etc) so i can adjust myself and that takes up most of my brain space so i dont have enough time to think about what everyon......   reply
