Hell ya's question (1)

I have this new neighbor also a student at my uni who's really touchy, we're different sex, he's a really well educated and really nice guy but I don't like guys touching my shoulders it makes me feel disgusted.
I don't want to hurt his feelings bc he's black so he may take it the wrong way and I want to stay good friends.
