i dont drink coffee bc it hurts my braced teeth and i dont rlly like the taste but when I must, i add 4 scoops of nescafe powder and some hot water, add some salt if its 2 bitter. On a special day i get the Half & Half latte nescafe nd have it w/ breakfast

i get it ive managed to get better compared to when i was diagnosed with clinical depression but the feeling is just always...there? I can't tell whether the pace i'm going at is one that is a result of me trying or not, so I stress about it and dread not knowing the answer until it's too late which leads me to getting overwhelmed and shutting down......

Anyone can criticise anything, there are no set rules or steps to do so. Calling something ugly is not criticism anyways, it's a plain and simple conclusion, while criticism on the other hand is observing the faults and pointing them out while laying solutions to fix or better them.

usually we go 2 the mall n wander like the fuckin losers we r then go 2 some park. Some real planning tho is going to an arcade, pc cafe, or some food place if ur town aint got shit but food Festivals nd trampoline parks r hella fun too
