I think it depends on the maturity level of the minor because if they are as mature as is appropriate for their age they probably are too naive to understand when something in a manhwa/manga is toxic or wrong or abusive or anything like that, but some are mature to a level that isn't normal for their age and can understand that stuff.   reply
