I have had extreme trust issues. I dye my hair all the time. I've never had any major fallout or damage other than when I bleached it. I don't really worry about major damage tho because I also wear wigs. Are you bleaching your hair? I would stop and let your hair heal before doing anything to it. You might look into shampoos and conditioners that might help soften up your hair.   reply
