Other replies already said great stuff, so I'd just remind you to start it simple first. Cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen, exfoliation[maybe twice a week]. Be consistent! Mine in general is 2-5. 2 is my cramps before the period arrive. I can feel the cramps, it hurts but I can still get going. Oh it's like scraped skin!! When you have scraped skin, you still can do stuff but the pain is just there. 5 is when I eat/drink mindlessly while having periods, like junk food and caffeine. It ACTIVELY hurts so it affects d......   reply
