Mine in general is 2-5.
2 is my cramps before the period arrive. I can feel the cramps, it hurts but I can still get going. Oh it's like scraped skin!! When you have scraped skin, you still can do stuff but the pain is just there.
5 is when I eat/drink mindlessly while having periods, like junk food and caffeine. It ACTIVELY hurts so it affects d...... reply
Other replies already said great stuff, so I'd just remind you to start it simple first. Cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen, exfoliation[maybe twice a week]. Be consistent! Then if you have specific concerns, you can start add more skincare that targets your problem. Goodluck and you can do it !! 1 reply
