I have a terrible eating & sleeping habit so it is pretty easy for me to lose weight. People get envious but having a weak body sucks.

Lost 40lb in 1/2 a year, all I did was completely remove sugar from my diet, increase my protein intake, cut back carbs, & walk after dinner
