I find it funny (and sad) how many people actually read this SMUT genre comic and thinking there is any realism or sense in them so as to legit get upset about. XD
It's like going to a fair with a stand that lets you throw tomatos at a taunting guy and saying stuff about how it's rude to throw things at people: You are missing the point, you're clearly in the wrong place if you are serious and not just ranting in a joking way.

This website seriously needs to have people read through the meaning of a genre tag before letting them read the comics. maybe THAT would help some people, I dunno. I mean, unless you are an ABSOLUTE newbie to comics, people should KNOW smut is just porn in comic form and the plot is NOT serious, it's there to justify having bonking scenes in a somewhat-story format instead of just illustrations. X'D

So yeah; I really REALLY hope people are just joke-ranting here instead of being honestly serious about complaining about the realistic view on this. (And if you ARE serious: Please stop reading comics without knowing what genre tags mean and stop viewing fiction that is clearly marked as nonsense with tags as something serious. You ain't doin' yourselves any favors living like this.)

literally this!!! i understand the concern when it comes to problematic/toxic aspects of relationships in fiction, but time and place also matters. Like, this is clearly marked with tags in a website that is majoritally known for smut amongst other things (illegally i might add). People have the right to enter said space and feel comfortable reading whatever it is they want to read without a bunch of moralizing comments lol.

A heavy but a good read with a not-really-happy ending. I can only praise the author for that choice still. XD

Still one of the better comics about mental issues out there.
I would have prefered the ending to be more realistically paced or really them not getting together, but the psychology aspect of this is really well done.

Not sure if it's the scanlators or a weird choice for pages being messy, but sometimes it felt like the scanlators messed up the page order. Someone should sometime re-check that and fix it, if it IS indeed a uploader issue.

This could have gone on for twice as long with more detail added tho. I think it would have been nice to explore the stalker's reason for his strange need for being needed and anxiety to be left. Tho I'll make due with the MC himself being so traumatized and ill he just went along with it all.

BTW: I also LOVE the choice of the author only revealing the name at the very end. That was a great choice in many ways since it established that sort of distance and added to the eeri-ness of the stalker.

Morohtar's questions ( All 8 )

Morohtar April 8, 2024 8:46 pm

I am wondering if people know any stories that fit the mold of: Heroine slowly liberating herself and such. Growing stronger and more confident over time instead of IMMEDIATELY after regression, adulthood, isekai'ing, etc..

I asume the historical, lady meets prince, duke or such story would be the wanted genre.
I'm asking for a friend, because i am literally useless for shoujo recs. XD

Hetero or BL alike.
I'd be interested in more stories like "The maid and her favourite King of darkness". A story about MC being a huge and loving fan of a novel char and getting isekai'd into his maid's body to then find out she can ease his curse and he's being playful and interested in her in return. (To simplify it.)

It's really nice to see an isekai'd person be lovingly interested in the ML as well as needed by the big impressive ML instead of them just getting a contract marriage, forced marriage or possessive love, yada yada, etc. and only slowly falling in love in the second half of the story usually.
Tho them falling in love IS a must, else I'll find it boring too quick. XD

Does anyone have any recommendations? Hetero or BL alike, I'm interested in both.

Morohtar's message board ( All 0 )

Just another face in the crowd.
Just here to read stuff in my abundant free-time and leave reviews (I know people get their panties in a twist about hearing critiques of a story they like, but I honestly do not care, this is what a comments section is for among just leaving cute little comments).

Very much addicted reader of stories with at least upper mid to highest quality artwork and decent and GOOD, detailed and well thought through writing (hard to find as they are).

I read right about anything regarding genres. I prefer japanese and korean comics tho since chinese works have constant issues most of the authors simply do not try to improve (like wrong use of funny chibi scenes which makes a scene weird or shift mood inappropriately, cheap 3D assets from a trillion different styles or simply not making much sense/being too weird and mismatched when it comes to the plot, to name a few). I do give them a chance tho, but I rarely find good ones from that corner of the woods. Do tell if you found some gems tho! Shoujo and BL alike.
I'm also not too much of a fan of regular shounen or slice of life. I need at least some romance in my comics or something akin to it anyway.

Currently very much obsessed with tripple A quality BL comics from korea. And a close second would be interesting and very detailed and planned out shoujo webtoons with isekai/reincarnation/transmigration storylines to medieval or similar settings. But i hate waiting for updates so I've put all of them on hold. :P

I read stories even if I do NOT like them. Just like you watch a scary, sad movie; you stick around until the end to see if things become good. Unless I really do not like the characters or something really REALLY fucked up happens (like that necrophilia bullshit I've seen around, go get therapy you lot) and hardcore rape like what Harada and co coined years ago. I'm fine reading plots with rape, but there IS a limit to how uneasy I can stomache to feel. No more Harada-esque plots for me where it's made clear the victim will never be in a love relationship with anyone in the comic and have a happy ending after healing from it all. Or necro bullshit. Or canibalism idiocy. That trash can fuck off to jupiter for all I care. :'D

As a reminder: Even if we disagree or actually get into a verbal fight, I'll not hate you or go apeshit like some people on this website and others (unless you defend hardcore rape or necrophilia and pretend it's good, something is wrong with you, so I will definitely not like you on any level).
Having a heated arguement or simply having different opinions on something is perfectly fine, no hard feelings and it won't really matter to me past that arguement. I can get into an arguement on one story and on the next we both read we can happily chat or calmly discuss. I honestly do not care enough to 'keep a grudge' or whatever. I am capable of leaving emotions in a disagreement. I'm not like my mom who keeps things in her poclet for 30 years and throw at you when you speak to me again. =_=

Anyways, have a nice day/night and have fun reading!
