the seme is a real piece of work, and i still don't really understand their relationship. i like that the uke tried to stand up for himself, but why can't the seme just show some respect? a lot of it was painful and/or cringeworthy. nice art, and when they finally got there, the sex scene was pretty hott- but nothing felt resolved, and i'm not sure if the uke developed stockholm syndrome or decided to put up with the seme for now and try to escape later?

The seme has zero character development, he is still a rapist who blames his victim. The fact that he just invades the Uke’s life 12 years after raping a hospitalizing him is fucked up. He also keeps saying how he won’t allow the Uke to run away anymore, is so creepy and possessive.

Mangaka almost convince me that it's uke's fault that seme violated him despite uke said no to him cuz he took initiative first then back off cuz it hurts then seme was in heat of moment he couldn't control himself, no i don't know how this logic works but it tried hardest to manipulate me thinking it's uke's fault while it was NOT both were teenagers seme is still jerk in my eyes he literally do not deserve to end up with uke at all, how they make it look like a happy couple while they are not for 12 years you hated someone how come you never met a good guy with that look of yours? Cuz he was afraid of using his ass then become top instead damn I like jerk semes but this seme is very uhlikable.
He is sooo confident that everything of uke revolves around him and his actions...well he was no wrong at all at that part cuz each day uke keep thinking about seme.

In spite of the beautiful and gorgeous drawings, this manga lacks emotional engagement between the characters and the readers. An Emotional connection between 2 potential suitors provides a believable and relatable story to the readers. There was a sudden disconnect between chapter 3 and chapter 4. There were issues prior to chapter 4 that were completely ignored and were not resolved. The fact that Yuu was raped/ even after he contested to the act initially and the audacity that the person who traumatized him and humiliated him in front of his parents did not apologise.

The seme is just a rapist asshole. This is not fucking cute, it's rape. Stop rape culture ant normalizing sexual harassment.

I actually like this authors work, but this one... I disliked. I never plan to read it again. This whole story lacked, and the relationship between the two MC's feels toxic. No idea why the uke still likes seme AFTER PUTTING HIM INTO THE HOSPITAL. Seme didn't listen when uke said it hurt. Seme then again didn't take things slow and hurt him a second time in bed even after PROMISING to not hurt him again! JEEZ

I decided to revisit this because the first time I read it (5 years ago) I honestly did not understand the 180 that happens in this story and thought "now that I'm older and wiser I will finally understand these adult concepts!" Nope still doesn't make sense... The main character was so traumatized by his first sexual experience that he has never had sex since but magically after a few weeks of working together he realizes he loves the dude who assaulted him in the first place? And that he is magically ok having sex now??? I'm not saying that this story could not have worked, but for me there needed to be a few more chapters of development (therapy!) in order to get the characters to their final destination.
However, I love this author and will read anything that they create because it is just so beautiful to look at!!!

Ah yes chp 2 part 30 the part that make my heart aches a lot to the fact that I somewhat disapprove them being together but yea it's fine in the end I just anyhow and follow to plot and just continue on but tbh idk why if he already breaks your heart they why go back? That's my question but is someone answers me "it's love your dumbass" I will slap you and don't worry I not trying to offend anyone but seriously he just came up with an excuse " it was yuu who Seduced me so I won't apologise for it" like dude. He seduced you but I didn't see any scene where he forced you or some shit and he even said stop bruh gotta go save this on trashy seme note list.

Asshole seme. Poor Yuu and all the fictional ukes who hold onto years of trauma preventing them from falling in love until the source of the trauma comes back and tells you its still your fault. Fuck that. Definitely not the worst of the genre. But still, eh
