Adult x HSer. Age gap. Mc was adopted after his only parent, his mom, was killed in a hit-n-run accident. He's fallen in love with his adopter, but his adopter remains aloof. Eventually he learns his adopter was involved in the accident that killed his mother, and the person who was driving was his adopter's lover at the time. The story and plot were interesting and decently-well fleshed out, but the story was told in a confusing manner. Sometimes it was difficult to tell what era the story was taking place in, since it covered time from when mc was a toddler until College. The art was also somewhere from passable to bad. I feel like though the plot was interesting, it felt very lean on the bones. Like most everything wasn't quite fleshed out thoroughly enough. Glad this was a different and unique-feeling story.

The begging ch I struggle a lot to read it as I was not well but when I continue it and read every sentence I come to realised how great of a story it was I laugh and cry a lot...I really enjoy it and would definitely re- read it again

The scene when Katsuya came back and saw Tooru crying when he left was so sad. The whole story is sad but that just takes the cake except for Kuroda. He's a giant motherfucking douche who deserves whatever he got coming to him.
