deliciously 2000's in the art style ( and everything else), and despite it it's a western comic!! I enjoyed the first part a lot more than the second (I didn't really get the point and there were a lot of characters) and the slow build up was great in the first 2/3jsh chapters. lots of character but surprisingly each was distinct from the last and had good character designs. somewhat stereotypically but in an endearing sort of way. as the other comments read I'll probably come back to this a couple times a year or so and just enjoy it the same as now. the characters were realistic in a story kind of way but they were all fun and had good dialogue. art was not the best but it didn't need to be. it was good and showed what it needed to and nothing more but it worked fine.
It’s cute, but I only care about Josh and Metis. Their relationship is cute but that’s really it for this. I could smell the America from the start of this comic.
Metis is a typical not-emo emo kid (LOL). Josh is your average not-quite-jock jock. After years of not caring about each others' existence, their spheres suddenly collide when a freshly-dumped Josh punches Metis out. And then they are assigned to work on a project together. How can they possibly ignore each others' existence now?
