Just like the prequel (Memory of Tomorrow) this was a good mix of beautiful art, romance, comedy and cuteness but i liked it less than it's prequel. Just a bit of drama that I could have done without, like when Kento hit Akira because of his stupid joke about the grandpa... and also Kento's overreaction about Akira hiding his family situation... and Akira's cliche behaviour during the whole arc with his old teacher was really annoying... the near-blind teacher was such an interesting character but his character was wasted on some insipid jealousy act and trivial trinket shopping and stupid 'blackmail with embarrassing childhood pic' cliche. So it's a good read except for a few minor things.
Much better than the prequel. The nuance of the plot really shined here. Even though the prequel was by the same author, the whole gender roles and heteronormativity overshadowed all the good parts. Here, it mellows out and is realistic and I quite like it.
Sequel to "Memory of the Future," which I read second because I didn't realize. Two teachers in an established relationship deal with family pressure and charge into the future together.
It's a decent manga, but kinda boring to be honest. Also it bothers me a lot that Akira was drawn BEAUTIFULLY in the first few chapters but then he wasn't anymore. Akira you're so beautiful why don't they make you justice...
Anyway I only kept reading so I could finish it. It is cute at times tho, I have nothing against it but I don't love it either.
