Far behind the anime. Just completed the princess rescue and now about to engage the enemy flying ships. Someone is translating, but they are solo and not part of a group so they don't offer consistency

I don't like about mecha but this manga so freaking amazing. I read with one day still not satisfied because the war is not end yet. Please update more (ﾉ≧∇≦)ﾉ ﾐ ┻━┻

On ch 42

Ch 40 the lab guy was jealous of the new invention and tries to add and tweak it to get recognition from the king. Main's group show their own invention
Ch 35 1 unit was taken by raiders, king announced that main's group will be a new knight group of students to create new machines due to their stolen one will be studied by their enemies, so race to be the strongest is underway
Ch 24-25 main helped creating new ideas for new gundams. They r transported to the duke's territory to test them in defending the territory. Duke is still suspicious of main and why he is so interested in making his own Gundam.
Ch 14-15 main rode the gundam to help fight. He cant get a reward bc his abilities in battle and as a student, makes the political parties scared of what else he would accomplish with his talents as a 12 yo

Somehow got hooked into an isekai mecha idk how this is so addicting lol. Kinda wanna try reading the novel but I'm not good in mecha so I don't think I can properly feel it. Let's just wait for manga chapters here.

Flying ships are introduced, the space age is coming and and big wheels are introduced by Mc himself under these circumstances MC is dillusional if anything if he thinks that big robots holding swords or big robots in general are going to last long if not become outdated in his lifetime I mean seriously they themselves introduced guided missiles to this world yeah guided missiles the number one enemy of anything that's big on top of that they introduced wheels and launchers so it's just a matter of time till someone thinks "we don't we just give these missiles some wheels" and then as always to avoid missiles mechs will get shorter, and shorter till they are just reduced reduced to shilotute gear which brings tanks into the game which will make them even shorter and in the end you are only left with a mere exoskeleton, giant robots won't be center of attention, humanoid shape will become irrelevant and highly maneuverable cannons along with self propelled artillery will dominate the battlefield on land and in the end you get left with a world like tanya the evil.
