This seems like a story about a trans-woman with dysphoria so far

i don't think there are a lot of mangas that delve into people that feel like they were born into the wrong body, I think it's wonderful that this perspective will be put out there.

I have so many mixed feelings abt this,,, , ,

at first I thought this was going to Obviously be abt a gay man wishing to be a woman in order to fit in with heteronormative values, but instead it turned out to be more like a trans woman struggling with dysphoria and I was surprised tbe mangaka actually stuck with that plot. It's not perfect representation, but it was a nice change of pace from what I was expecting

the ending was refreshing, very bittersweet

this is one of the most unique stories I have ever read. It's amazing how I stumbled upon this. In this manga, it's more on character development and that's what makes it unique. I totally recommend it

It's beautiful. It's sad.
It's reality. We can't just have everything we want in our life.

This one's bittersweet.
I do hope that the mc finds his true love.

Although the manga ended with the main character deciding not to transition, I'd like to think they will eventually find the courage to take that step in the future. Maybe after she finishes uni and is no longer financially dependent on her family.
She is still only in her early twenties. There is yet so much time to discover the person she wants to be.

You know those stories that stick to you no matter what? You forget the characters names and title and you may even forget parts of the plot but something about it just stays with you. This was one of those stories.

It started out terrific but towards the end it got ridiculous and none of the characters really got a happy ending not even the main character and he decided not to even crossdress

I was really enjoying this, I thought the story was really interesting, it touched on a lot of important subjects and had a lot of depth, a lot of books I personally loved where mentioned, sometimes even mimicked the same ”feel” of some of them, and the storytelling itself was great, up until the end...that I felt was really unsatisfying. I’m not saying that I believe the story should have ended as a fairytale and that somehow everything should work out for everyone, but the main character’s gender expression, and her journey where so overlooked towards the end, well a lot of things were overlooked. I thought that maybe if the story had more chapters a lot of things could be addressed better, but it felt a little rushed. And maybe the whole point was to let it be a more realistic and harsh story, but even then there was so little explanation to the decisions the characters took towards the end, especially the main character who I really ended up getting attached too. It’s a bummer I wanted better for her, for all of them really. And I still somewhat like it, if I can only pretend that there is some kind of continuation to this.

Ok.... this is something very big for me. Everyone, my friends and family knows how much I hate open endings. I hate it so much, but this, this is the very first time that I’ve accepted an open ending. Why? Because it’s reasonable? Im not too sure but. It just showed that there some things in life, no matter how much we desire it, we just cant have them. That was the message, and honestly I would recommend this 10/10 to anyone. Because it depicts reality. Although i want a happy ending, this is enough.

I actually thought that Misaki and Yuji would end up together, like every other manga, however I realized in the middle that it would be impossible as Misaki is inlove with Etsuko. It was still a good manga though. Hit my feels
