What I like to call the true seinen version of tokyo ghoul. Makes you think beyond mindless slashing and gore.

Don't remember much about the manga except that (1) i enjoyed reading it and (2) i hated the romance. I read it when i was in highschool and in the middle of trying to be straight tho, so the second one might have more to do with internalized straightphobia thing than the problem with the story lmao

Words can not describe how I’m so happy at myself for taking the time and reading this seriously. It’s such a good read, and let’s be honest this is better than the anime. The art style, the humor and the characters look like they have life.

I love the anime and manga so much. I’m glad it was very accurate to the anime because I watched that first like a two or three years ago.

It revolves a lot around human behavior

it's good but there are a lot of time that it annoys me. i feel like the fact that they still survive is because of luck. the mc kinda have unstable personality, there are times where he is cold but there are times that he is expressive and clumsy after the mother's death. i honetly think he can survive bc of luck. his gf is also annoying to me, they used to not be a thing but she edges him with questions that he is obv uncomfortable.

it leave us so undetailed i hope the author still works on this and the characs will explore why parasites exists

already watched the anime long ago but i wanna read the manga too for the full experience since yknow it was released during the 80s-90s so its bound to be a bit different
