Comments of Venus Kiss!!

Its such an old fashion manga that it really does feel like attending the school but with the Japanese style humor in between. However the love part is weird and practically just a set up to make the uke a bit more interesting since the manga is heavily uke driven than romance driven.

Does anybody have any info about the author? I tried searching them up on the internet but nothing seems to come up but their work since 1998 i think i want more info about them bc when i see old authors having old work on my feed i want info about how they are doing bc i feel sad when i don't know anything about them i overthink like what if their dead?! Then i get sad so if you guys have any info about the author please reply back i really want to see how their doing

I liked this one ok ... The beginning was a bit depressing but, it did get better.
The sequel is "2-14 Jinken".

Eh, it was okay. He starts out "hating" his rapist but then falls for him I guess, which is never made clear? and why the hell can he not button his shirt? Is he a child? Hopefully the sequel is better. It was sort of cute at times and side characters were likable (I really loved the older sister!), but the romantic development was very clearly lacking.

Determined to get revenge after being raped by his senpai, he starts taking notes of his senpai's weak points. Then that's it lol, he didn't get revenge, the rapist didn't even apologize. meh

2-14 Jiken (Sequel)

Tbh, I kinda liked this story mainly because I like old BL, so I liked its 90s vibe, and it's also one of the first BL I read, so it takes me back to those nostalgic times. But I tell you, as for the relationship between Ikumi and Shuuichi, for me it was bad. I mean, it's not only for the rape as a start (many stories are like that), but the dynamics after that and the development, if we can call it that, were bad! Their reactions and the way they behaved towards each other were illogical and weird. No character or emotional depth. It was also strange that the story stops right before the school play and the basketball match, when in the sequel they mention a bit about them but we didn't see them! So, as I said, I enjoyed the old vibe, but the story was executed badly. And the sequel is worse imo.
