I can't see a great deal of difference between him and the cheating fiancé or him and the (other) scumbag who assaulted her. On the flimsiest of non-evidence, he decides she's a gold-digging slut, yet he impregnates a drunk girl after he deceives her about who he is, and after he's made up his mind about her. Just another misogynistic Harlequin a**hole who thinks he can take the moral high ground and that acting like a complete cad is perfectly alright for him.
