Second thing is that I like how they show the impact of having lived through a timeline where she was gone - constant doubts is this the reality, confusion with dreams and hallucinations, but also that desperation whenever she slippes out of reach. I don’t know how to express this but this is quite frankly boring. Perhaps since it’s because it is only the beginning of the story but there are no elements to the plot. No credibility as to why the other characters seem to be so infatuated with Aileens wellbeing. Genuinely the art style is one of a kind, it’s so visually pleasing if you skip the writing bubbles. I had higher expectations for the female lead if not for anyone else in the story. She is your typical victim fl with no backbone that always magically gets saved by the ml. Essence of the plot was promising but the execution, somewhat disappointing. I’d love to see the art style in another project in the future with a promising plot this time.
