i regret reading manga this good (good as in complex story-telling.. anything else is just a straight fucked up mess) whilst studying for an exam because then i force myself to rush through it and once i get to the end i think about how i should’ve taken my time instead of reading it all in a night

so for some actual jinx talk, ngl i’m starting to think that yes jaekyung was toxic and treated dan unfairly but he’s not nearly as bad as some other semes on here. ofc he’s going to be uptight when it comes to the career that he spent years creating and has strict guidelines with anything to do with it (aka the weird sex ritual) but yeah? i don’t think he’s the worst. he always makes what he needs clear and he’s always been clear with dan that all he needs is his service. though he’s still supported dan otherwise materialistically. not emotionally with comforting words, i’m getting the notion that that will be the focus in season 2. i’m curious on other people’s takes though so lmk what you think ┑(￣Д ￣)┍

Not at all, I think the same! Although Jaekyung stepped up boundaries by visiting his grandma without talking to Dan when he was the one who didn't want Dan to cross the line, Dan was thankful. Jaekyung made things so easy for Dan except the forcing. He literally had so little to do as a physio but Dan caught feeling and overstepped. Mingwa made Jaekyung as someone who could very easily smash someone's head in for very little (ex buddy, former PT according to coach, that boxing partner and junmin) but he never hurt dan to that extend. he holds back and expresses his anger in other ways to dan
