absolutely amazing, deals with homophobia and racism heavily. also includes themes of stalking, obsession, depression, sexual assault and sexual favours. none of it is between the main characters though. Hands down one of the best things I’ve ever read. I’m actually sobbing right now, and it’s 2 a.m. I kept delaying reading this because I knew it was going to break my heart, and oh my god did it..
The homophobia, racism, and other heavy topics were so difficult to digest, and I was sobbing at every other chapter or so. There is just too much hate in this world. Connor’s speech in chapter 80 genuinely made me lose it, and I’m so glad his mother accepted him in the end, but oh boy… the whole ride was absolutely heartbreaking. (also the fisrt time i ever used bookmarks since every chapter was so amazing T_T)

This is so amazingly well written. How could I not leave a comment? I love it when a story's not centered with just the characters love and relationships but also touches on realistic problems that people deal with in real life which makes it so much more meaningful and impactful. I don't think I'll ever read something like this any time soon since I only come across actual peak stories every now and then. I'm do happy my past self decided to skip on this for a while lmao. I HOPE IT GETS ANIMATED GRAAHHH
